Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare case your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at vyrelosteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue and your order number. We will assess each case individually and, where required, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, worn or used items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or the return is required by law.

Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.
