Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vyrelos. Please read the following information carefully so you know what to expect after placing an order.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Third-Party Fulfillment
To keep our prices competitive and offer a wide range of products, some or all of our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, including international warehouses. As a result:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages, at different times.
  • Packaging, invoices, or shipping labels may not display Vyrelos branding.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guide only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Domestic (Australia): 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, high demand periods, weather, or public holidays. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, shipping timeframes are approximate and may occasionally differ from what is stated at checkout or on product pages.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at vyrelosteam@gmail.com and we will do our best to locate your package or provide a resolution.
